TN Visa Mail-in Form Change Update

USCIS has changed the date when the new I-129 form is required from 2/23/15 to 5/1/15. The I-129 form can be used to request TN visa status by mail for initial petitions (Canadians only), or for extensions of status, amendments to TN status, change to TN status, or changes of employer.
