- The first step in hiring our firm to represent you with respect to your TN visa and / or green card matter is to contact us to set up a consultation.
- Once the consultation process is complete, we will provide you with a complete immigration strategy to address your U.S. immigration needs whether that involves a TN visa application, green card application, or other process.
- SRW operates on a fixed legal fee arrangement, and does not bill by the hour. After the consultation process is complete, we will provide you with a fee quote for the legal services offered. We will explain the scope of legal services to be performed and explain the fees and expenses to be charged, along with a description of the firm’s billing practices. If you choose to retain SRW to handle your TN application, we will enter into a written Retainer Agreement that will outline the scope of representation, the fees and expenses charged, and additional terms of the legal relationship.
