USCIS Notice - Extending TN Visa to 3 Years

USCIS has issued its formal announcement that it plans to extend TN visa status from one to three years. The proposed rule will be published shortly in the Federal Register. Read Notice.

An advanced copy of the proposed rule is now available. Implementation dates will not be known until after the commentary and revision period and the final rule is published in the Federal Register.
